Multi-Platinum rock band Collective Soul has released their first documentary, Give Me A Word: The Collective Soul Story. Directed by Joseph Rubinstein, the film offers a behind-the-scenes look at the Atlanta group’s 30-year journey, from their early days to recording their latest album at Elvis Presley’s Palm Springs estate. Coinciding with the release, the band kicks off the Summer Unity Tour with co-headliners +Live+ and special guest Our Lady Peace — their first tour together in 17 years.
During Seether’s May 29 show at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma, frontman Shaun Morgan publicly criticized venue security after his 7-year-old daughter was removed from the side of the stage.Morgan addressed the incident near the end of the set, apologizing to fans after briefly stepping away. Meanwhile, frontman Ronnie Radke is denying involvement in a Snapchat catfishing scandal linked to Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan’s marital issues. Radke also sparked controversy by criticizing Anthony Kiedis and accusing media figures of enabling pedophilia. Amid the drama, the band dropped a new single with Marilyn Manson and will perform at the Inkcarceration Festival with Slipknot and Five Finger Death Punch.
