Local boys out of Chicago have just unleashed a video for their new tune Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1). Rabbit Hole is the first song from the band in four years and will be in their new new album that they hope will be ready to hit the shelves in August, with a tour to follow.
I Prevail, who are coming through as part of the Summer of Loud tour withParkway Drive, Beartooth, Killswitch Engage and others, have just announced the departure of vocalist Brian Burkheiser. The band thanked Burkheiser for a decade of collaboration and wished him well. While no official reason was given, fans speculated that Burkheiser’s past health struggles with Eagle Syndrome may have played a role. Despite the lineup change, I Prevail confirmed that all upcoming shows will go on as scheduled.
And finally, Brad Arnold, lead singer of 3 Doors Down, came out last week and announced that they had to cancel their upcoming tour with Creed due to his diagnosis of stage four renal kidney cancer. He stated that his faith is keeping him positive about the future and asks for prayers and support in this rough time. Taking the place of 3 Doors Down on the Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival coming through in July hitting Alpine Valley will be the band A day To Remember.
