Parkway Drive has released a new single called “Sacred,” with a video to go along with it, their first in three years. Singer Winston McCall says it’s about staying true to yourself in a negative world. The release comes ahead of their “Summer of Loud” tour with Beartooth, I Prevail, and Killswitch Engage, plus others that you can see when they hit the Credit Union 1 Ampitheater in Tinley Park on Sunday, July 13th.
Three Days Grace has announced their upcoming single titled “Apologies” scheduled for release tomorrow. This track will be featured on their forthcoming album, Alienation, which is expected to hit the shelves next month. .“Apologies” follows the band’s recent single, “Mayday”, which marked the return of original frontman Adam Gontier, alongside current lead vocalist Matt Walst.
And finally, Brad Arnold, lead singer of rock band 3 Doors Down, has announced he is battling stage 4 clear cell renal cell carcinoma, a form of kidney cancer that has spread to his lung. The diagnosis has forced the band to cancel its summer tour. Arnold, sober for nine years, credited his Christian faith for his strength during this time.
