Sammy Hagar has released a new music video for his single “Encore, Thank You, Goodnight,” inspired by a dream in which the late Eddie Van Halen shared a forgotten song they had once worked on. Hagar turned the dream into reality, writing the melody and lyrics as a tribute to their shared past. Featuring Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and Kenny Aronoff, the track blends nostalgia with a fresh sound. Hagar calls it a final bow to his Van Halen years, filled with gratitude for the fans and the music they made together.
Renewed concerns over Ozzy Osbourne’s health have surfaced ahead of Black Sabbath’s final concert, Back To The Beginning, set for July 5 in Birmingham. Osbourne, who has Parkinson’s disease, has expressed doubts about his ability to perform. The show will reunite the band’s original lineup and feature guest acts including Metallica, Slayer, and Tool. Tool’s Maynard James Keenan and Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale have both acknowledged the challenges Osbourne may face.
