PAPA ROACH has released the cinematic music video for their new single “Even If It Kills Me,” directed by Jesse Davey and Ed Shires. Frontman Jacoby Shaddix calls it one of their most epic videos yet, featuring his inner action hero. The song, their first in three years, has already racked up nearly 10 million streams and is climbing the charts in 27 countries.
Nickelback bassist Mike Kroeger recently shared that the band is taking its time with future plans, following the release of their 2022 album Get Rollin’. While considering new studio work, the band is aiming for something different from the usual album-tour cycle. Kroeger emphasized that there’s no rush, and they prefer releasing music only when it’s truly ready rather than sticking to a strict schedule.
And finally, Hatebreed’s founding bassist Chris Beattie has left the band after 30 years, citing that his departure was not his choice and legal actions are pending. For the meantime, the band has announced former Shadows Fall bassist Matt Bachand as Beattie’s replacement.
