SALIVA is celebrating the release of their new deluxe album Revelation: Retold with a powerful new music video for “Horizon,” featuring Kevin Martin of CANDLEBOX. The video honors the band’s musical legacy, showcasing never-before-seen footage of SALIVA’s late founding guitarist Wayne Swinny, both on stage and in the studio.
Photographer Neil Zlozower is suing Ozzy Osbourne for using his photos, including ones with Zakk Wylde and Randy Rhoads, without permission on social media. Zlozower claims he contacted Ozzy multiple times last year but got no response. The lawsuit coincides with Ozzy’s announcement of his final live performance on July 5 in Birmingham, England, before Black Sabbath takes the stage. Tickets for the charity show go on sale February 14.
And finally, Bad Company, The Black Crowes, and Soundgarden are among the nominees for this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bad Company and The Black Crowes are being nominated for the first time, while Soundgarden returns to the ballot after being nominated in 2023. To be eligible, an artist or band must have released their first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the nomination year. A few of the other artists nominated are The White Stripes, Oasis, and Billy Idol.
