Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley and former manager Greig Nori are in a legal battle after Whibley accused Nori of verbal and sexual abuse in his memoir. Nori has filed a libel suit, while Whibley countersued for defamation. Both have issued statements, and Nori has been suspended from his position at the Algoma Conservatory of Music pending review.
