Eric Bass, the songwriter and producer from SHINEDOWN, has announced his debut solo album, Eric Bass Presents: I Had A Name. The concept album, which takes place in a new fictional world, was written, recorded, and produced by Bass himself and will be released on February 28th.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra kicks off its annual holiday tour this week with the theme “The Lost Christmas Eve.” Drummer Jeff Plate says the show has evolved from last year, while honoring the late founder Paul O’Neill, who envisioned the tour being passed down through generations. The 60-city tour will run through the season with them hitting The Fiserv in Milwaukee on December 221nd and then the next night in Chicago at the Allstate.
And finally, if you are a fan of Def Leppard… the Illinois State Fair, which takes place in Springfield, just announced that the band will be performing next year at the Grandstand on Saturday, August 16th, with tickets going on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.
