Original Saliva singer Josey Scott announced that he will be headlining the 2025 “Nu Metal Revival Tour,” kicking off on February 22nd. Supporting acts include (HED) P.E., ADEMA, FLAW, and CORE with them making a stop on Sunday, March 16th at the WC Social Club in West Chicago. Ozzy Osbourne will be celebrated at this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, marking his second induction for his solo career. The October 19 event will feature performances by Billy Idol, Tool’s Maynard James Keenan, and country artist Jelly Roll. Instrumentalists include Metallica’s Robert Trujillo, Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Zakk Wylde, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Andrew Watt. Actor and musician Jack Black will deliver the induction speech for the “Prince of Darkness.”
And finally, fans were thrilled at the 2024 Oceans Calling festival in Maryland when The Offspring’s Dexter Holland, joined the Beach Boys for a surprise performance of their classic hit “Wouldn’t It Be Nice.”
